AHML set a limit on the NOMOS-BANK

AHML One of the programs – a program to stimulate lending developers, implementing housing projects and economic class, and individuals purchasing apartments in these projects. The pilot housing projects under this program will be one of the complexes of PIK Group.

Under an agreement with AHML, NOMOS Bank as a creditor of the project given the opportunity to take advantage of the target Agency resources for lending to the developer within the approved limit. It is planned that the documents necessary for the start of funding, the project participants will sign up to the end of the year.

Participants:

AHML – Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending , which was created by the RF Government on Sept. 5, 1997 in the form of open joint stock company with 100% state capital.

The purpose of the agency – to create all necessary conditions to ensure that the citizens of Russia, regardless of their social status, education, family composition, income, occupation, religion, place of registration or residence, have the opportunity to obtain a mortgage loan.

PIK Group was founded in 1994 and is one of leading Russian developers of residential real estate. GC CIP focuses on projects in Moscow and Moscow region and actively develops a number of projects still in the Russian regions. Company’s primary business – the construction and sale of economy class housing, mostly in the segment of mass housing. Since the beginning of the PIK Group has built more than 9 million square feet. meters of residential real estate (over 150 000 flats) in Russia.

NOMOS-BANK is a universal network bank with branches in all major cities of Russia. Included in Top-15 Russian banks in terms of assets, as well as among the fastest growing commercial banks in Russia. NOMOS-BANK provides a full range of services to corporate clients, small businesses and individuals, is one of the leading members of the investment market and the market of private banking. Following the 1st half of 2009 assets of NOMOS-BANK IFRS amounted to 253.4 billion rubles, credit portfolio – 162.9 billion rubles, shareholders’ equity – 50, 7 billion rubles. Net profit amounted to 3.3 billion rubles.
